I have been lulled into these 'cheap' offers by Aldi, and everytime, the items are cheap, nasty and always returned.
Latest offering the PVR...what a load of cr@p.

Might I suggest a visit to Richer Sounds or Kelkoo where the Panasonic DMR-E85 (great bit of kit), the Pioneer DVR-433S and the JVC DR-MH20 are around £230 or so
This Tevion is a completely new machine, from a new source,(I asked the store manager) & shouldn't be confused with previous offers from Aldi.
It looks completely different too. I bought one today & I'm well chuffed with it. I bought it cos its about £30.00 cheaper than anything comparible.
I was able to operate it 1st time without reading the instructions!
I wanted it to copy things saved on my Sky + onto DVD, so's I could lend stuff to my mates (Soprano's new series... don't have the patience to wait for the "box set" DVD....
