Would you apply for anything and why would you?

I'd apply for BB and the X Factor, just for a laugh!

I applied for Shipwrecked years ago simply because I fancy being on a desert island for 6 weeks.

Other than that, I think most are pointlessly annoying.

I'd never apply for any of them. I prefer to watch the freaks, and now be one of them :eek:

I only watch Big Brother anyway...

I applied for the second series of Castaway and got through to the final 150 people. I had to do all the interviews, fill in psychological questionaires and meet with the producers. It was scary stuff actually. Obviously I didnt get through but it was interesting to be a part of the process (which took a good 3-6 months by the way).

I'd go on Big brother, just because i think it would be interesting, but i would miss my family (especially my hubby), reading and watching the news too much, Oh dear, i sound really sad lol

Yeah I'd do X Factor for the laugh, but the chances of actually seeing the judges are low, low, low...

I'd do BB, only on the condition that it was abroad and no cameras in the shower (not bloody likely!)

no it'll be a bunch of producers I would assume, not likely the 4 judges would have time to see 100,000 people!

I don't know. I know of someone who went for an audition in London and he got to see them, he got through to the second round.

Oh i'm just going from what's been said on the x factor forum! They usually have 3 or 4 rounds of auditions I think, and mainly select the really good/bad but entertaining/average but think they're really good so will make good television when they're dreams are crushed-types of people, who end up with an audition in front of the 4 judges.
