What can i say, this films looks really good.
I like the weirdish Special Effects too that are based on the comic designs.
The trailer for it is Here and you will need QuickTime.
If you want more info on this film, just look it up on imdb.

I have to say, I am looking forward to this.
Robert Rodriquez returning to more adult themes (after the abysmal Spy Kids series), some excellent visuals (in the trailer), a section of the film directed by Quentin Tarantino... an excellent source material, and a brilliant cast. I can't wait.

It was a superb, very stylised, graphic novel, and it's nice to see he's trying to keep that look in the film. :)

Plus the poster of Jessica Alba is very nice :D

This is a movie I'm really getting hyped about! :D And I'm really interested to see how they pull it off (the trailer was sweeeeeeett! )

If I remember right it was originally a comic book that was about 6 or 7 pages a month. So during that time you got to know the character of Marv and a feel of Sin City.
Personally I don't think any of the stories work as graphic novels because in the comic Frank would give one of those classic cliffhangers that would leave you on edge! Then you'd have to wait a month to see the story unfold further. But the graphic novel just runs through the whole thing.
I think the great thing about the movie is that there are three stories. Hmm... could be like Pulp Fiction!

There are two new Sin City TV spots.

    Go to: The moviebox net.

I love the music in these trailers (its called Cells, can't remember the band name). I have the original but I would love the dub version. :)

The version you see is the only one that's out at the moment. Wait a bit and the quality trailer will come out soon.

    The 2nd trailer I have.

What I want now is the 2nd TV spot trailer. The music is the same but Robert has added a bit more 'kick' to it. Plus the sfx is tight!

    Slightly off topic :)

Here is a short list of other frank miller books that are well worth reading.

    The Dark Knight Returns (Duh!)
    Ronin
    "Daredevil: Born Again".
    "Batman: Year One".
"Hardboiled" (with artist Geoff Darrow (from the Matrix films)).
The "Martha Washington" books (with artist Dave Gibbons of "Watchmen").
"Elektra: Assassin" (Forget the movie! This is a MUST read!)

    Happy reading! :D
