Cor thank god they got ??? Hill to do the news report and not bleeding Kerplunksky again. :)

Liked the couple and the reporter 'What were you doing there?' :)

Is this live as in acted now, or live as in recorded live?

FFS bbc interrupting the programme with that info flash "important announcement on News 24". Why not just say pope is dead, then I wouldn't have had to look and see what it was

I wouldn't have know anything unless I'd read your post. I must have missed the news flashes.
Oh well expect sunday tv to be all about the pope.

So much for "live for the first time for 20 years!" and we manage to spoil it - surely they could have waited until it had finished ... and why *twice* as those watching it with interest will have seen it the first time. Those who came in after the first announcement can't be real viewers of such an important event as "a live broadcast" which must cost more than filming it.

PS. Almost makes you want to stop watching, as it *does* spoil the enjoyment and disturbs concentration.

Ah damn I missed it. But they could have kept it in even if recorded to make it look live? ;)

I thinks its been done amazingly well.

It really does look old fashiioned - some of the actors have amazing amounts of lines but seem to remember them extraordinarily well ....

I'm loving this - the mixture of great / good acting with trying to catch out the missed cues and forgotten lines (rare)

    :)

this is live?  It really doesnt look it! then again ive only just turned it on so havent noticed any mistakes yet. They must have put the visual filters over it in realtime then as it looks like its been processed!

How can that be? How do they add music in and everything?

    But more importantly - Why?
