Hello ,
Sorry if this has been said but ....
I sent an e-mail to ITV saying that is ITV4 going to be on SKY on November 1st. Here What I got sent bk

Thank you for contacting the ITV Duty Office.
ITV4 will be available on channel 120 from November 7.
However, the channel launches on November 1. For one night only, on November 1, ITV4 will replace Men & Motors and broadcast on channel 136. This will allow viewers across all digital platforms to watch ITV4s opening night and the football.
I hope that clears up any confusion.
