What cable connection is best!!

Hi
Can someone tell me the best cable connection to make between my Sky+,Philips Plasma (external tuner) and my Bose 3-2-1 DVD/Home Cinema system
Would scart,s-video,component connection be best
And would i notice any beneficial difference if i went with scart by purchasing an expensive cable rather than using the existing cable the products come with?
If anyone has any recommendations i would be very grateful plus supplier/cost of any cable recommendations
