His shows on Xfm (London) have been very good. Starts again in a couple of months I think, Saturday afternoons after the Adam & Joe Show.

He's my new best showbiz pal, ever since he possibly got off a bus and brushed past me last week. (As stated before this may have been a random beardy man with very lovely hair - beautiful condition - but I prefer to now claim him as my showbiz friend

Has tried to get 'Grange Hill' back together to sing 'Just Say No' and rather less succesfully got groups involved in previous Christmas No 1s to record a record.

Hosted one of those shows that happen after a reality TV prog - think it was the SCD 1 but may be completely wrong.

Is georgous. If I wasn't attatched & he wasn't married I'd offer to have his babies.

He is also the best reason not to bomb Bristol

Appologies to people who live in Bristol. Had a seriously derranged ex from Bristol. As my sister descibed him, "a big fat freak from a family of freaks". Fled to Australia after a few of my friends 'had words' with him about the stalking.

He wasn't dancing - I think it was the BBC 3 after show he hosted before Claudia got the gig on the second series.

Paul Killick did it with him - excellent two minutes of telly - I haven't laughed so hard ever!

I wish they had a clip on the BBC website, but any mention of the first sister show to SCD seems to have been wiped!
