Sky Cancelled Order

I ordered my the Max package about 10 days ago and gave my MAC code to the phone person.

I called yesterday because I hadn't heard anything else and was told my order had been automatically cancelled because the MAC code had failed. The reason being that the phone operator had input the MAC code in lower case.

So now I've had to reactivate the order from the start.

According to the support person, this has happened quite a lot so if you've ordered Sky and haven't heard anything I'd advise giving them a call. Apparently having a system that would send out a email warning of a problem is beyond them.

Not a good start :(
