Bringing Michelle back unfortunately. Would like to have seen Banjo in that role.
I’ll have to start gathering some twigs and netting to give me some ideas for a bedroom wall.

Really looking forward to this show being back, but yeah, I would happily have seen Michelle replaced, or at least to have a permanent co-judge to offer a different perspective and ground her a bit.
Gosh some of these rooms have had too many e numbers and are a bit hyper, some are relaxing. There are a couple I would be happy to stay in and some I would run a mile from
I enjoyed that tonight, right three on the sofa, I would have sent Hannah home, I thought the split colours were horrible but at least she has a ‘style’ whereas the one that went home didn’t so I get why she went.
Really enjoyed that - good mix of contestants, Michelle always works better with a guest judge, some interesting styles and sensible comments. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
I really liked Matt’s room - I think he is probably the front runner to watch. Ben’s train carriage room I liked a lot too, although it would have been good to have a proper mirror inside that vanity unit. I thought Donal’s room was fun, but maybe the slogan on the wall took it too far, and the commode was unnecessary.
I hated Hannah’s room with those too-bright colours. Too overpowering. Didn’t like the clown-costume woman’s room either - too much going on. I know the judges raves about Roisin’s, but I found all that floral wallpaper a bit much.
A little bit ironic that the 3 who wore the wackiest / brightest clothes ended up on the sofa
I'm not familiar with all the names yet so bear with me
The woman who went - where was the "design"? - it looked like it could've been anyone's room in a townhouse anywhere in the country - right decision to go.
Woman in clown jumpsuit - actually my least favourite - some major practical issues with it for me. That sheet draped up over the bed was nothing but a dust gatherer & the fabric round the sink a total hygiene hazard
Other woman in the bottom 3 - agreed with the judges - just decor is not design - kudos for the upcycled cabinet under the sink though.
Another one I wasn't a fan of - the flowery room - it was far too busy for me!
I liked Matt / Mark's? room
The winning room was a deserved winner for the design aspect - not sure I'd want to sleep in it though - felt a little oppressive to me.
The smoking Nun poster in an ex Nunnery - erm nope, not quite sure we're quite their yet
Look like an interesting bunch - ep 2 is already up on iplayer - may be tempted to watch but I won't post any spoilers about it till after's been on tv.

I looked on iPlayer and could only see the first episode up there. Not sure if it’s the same for everyone else?
Paint splodge curtain's aside, I didn't actually mind Sheree's room design, however where she really fell down was not being able to pinpoint her signature style. The other two in danger were able to successfully convince Michelle of their's, even though to me they made a complete mess of both potential B&B's.

Yes - my mistake - it was ep 2 of the previous series - by the time I realised my mistake it was too late to edit my post

I agree with most of these comments, especially on Matt being frontrunner and Andy Pandy and flower power woman's OTT schemes - but I also disliked Ben's scheme.
It was no doubt well finished but was too dark and oppressive for such a small room. You couldn't pay me to stay in it, in fact I once demanded (and got) a change of room in a five-star hotel that was decorated in much the same manner and made a very large room feel claustrophobic.
The clown woman was unbearable. Typical “I’m so wacky, look at me” type. I would’ve sent home the woman who completely covered the room in floral wallpaper. You’d get a migraine after 10 minutes. That young lads was awful too. Looked like a prison cell. The train carriage was great though.
I’m sure the producers must encourage them to wear fancy dress to try and stand out, but I think one or two have confused “self-consciously wacky” for “individual style”.
The right three were on the sofa and I’d have happily waved good-bye to any of them.

Cool, thanks for posting. It's a nice soothing show to watch after work.
I agree with the twigs post above! Maybe some peacock feathers.

Not liking the women in the clown suit already 🤨😉
Some flamboyant characters this series
They look like an interesting bunch.
One or two of the contestants are very irritating!

Does anyone want to stay at a nunnery now?
I immediately wanted to find a custard pie for her.

He has sorted his life out to give himself more time😁
