For every album from Revolver onwards there's been an Anniversary or Special Edition.
Listening to the, not previously, enhanced tracks on the recent Red and Blue Albums I've generally been very impressed. Some of the earliest recordings are a revelation. She Loves You is offered in stereo for I think the first time. So what about enhanced versions of those albums etc. prior to Revolver?
Please Please Me and With The Beatles used two-track master tapes and the stereo versions of these were never very satisfactory in my opinion.
Enhanced four-track recordings on Red and Blue come across much more clearly.
Eight-track should have been caught previously?
I'd be in favour, others might say best left alone.
Those saying rip-off, cashing in? You pays yer money and takes yer choice, those not interested - not your problem.

Beatles haters are always saying when the band will become irrelevent, people said when the fans at the time died out, nah, then I read an article about how when the children of the fans died out, and yet Beyonce covering the sublime Blackbird, it doesn't seem like ending, and so their will be new ways to exploit/revere the band for the forseeable future.
My niece is 19 and The Beatles are one of her favourites.
