I watched it at the time it came out (2000) and think it was part of the Channel 4 "football stories" series if anyone remembers what else they featured just as they were significantly cutting down on their Gazzetta live action.
Probably most interesting to see back then refs just drove separately to the game whereas nowadays the group goes to the match in a people carrier from a hotel. He also missed the 1998 World cup because it clashed with an interview for the headmasters position at Harrow!

Was he a commentator for that? As I seem to remember Guy Mowbray hosted it (from 2010-2012 and then again in 2014) and ex Football on 5 host and current rugby league commentator George Riley hosted in 2013 - however I remember the late Harry Gration covered an edition for Guy once as well.
I really wish Sky had taken the opportunity to freshen their flagship super Sunday commentary team when they moved on from Martin Tyler to Peter Drury last year. I find Gary Neville biased and insufferable.
